About Sleapcross House
Sleapcross House Ltd provides specialist supported living for adults with mental health needs in Hertfordshire. For over 10 years, we have supported individuals to live more independently within the community, offering a stable and supportive environment that promotes recovery, wellbeing and long-term progress.
Our service is built on a person-centred ethos, recognising that every individual’s needs, strengths and aspirations are unique. We focus on creating a safe, respectful and enabling environment where people feel supported to move forward at their own pace.
We are proud to have achieved Excellent status under the PAMMS monitoring framework and to have been recognised with the 2024 Herts Care Award for Mental Health.

Who We Support
Our supported living service is designed for adults who:
- are living with enduring mental health needs
- are stepping down from acute or long-stay mental health services
- require a shared supported living environment rather than isolated single-tenancy accommodation
- benefit from low-level but consistent 24/7 onsite support
We work carefully to ensure placements are appropriate, sustainable and aligned with each individual’s needs.
